Welcome to Bull Buff Detailing. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect both the customer and Bull Buff Detailing, and
maintain a high standard of service.
1. Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and important items from their vehicle prior to service.
- Bull Buff Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.
- If personal belongings are left in the vehicle, our staff will avoid cleaning those areas to prevent any potential disputes or accusations.
- Customers may be asked to remove items before service begins. Refusal to do so may result in limited service or cancellation.
2. Pre-Existing Damage
- Bull Buff Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, stains, or mechanical issues.
- Customers are encouraged to disclose any known issues prior to service.
- We reserve the right to document vehicle condition before service.
3. Liability Limitations
- Bull Buff Detailing exercises reasonable care in all services; however, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear that becomes visible after cleaning, or electrical or mechanical malfunctions.
- In any case, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
4. Service Conditions
- Certain stains, odors, or contaminants may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed to be fully removed.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or hazardous materials.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe, excessively contaminated, or containing hazardous materials.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash and Zelle.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
- Arrival delays may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
7. Weather & External Factors
- Outdoor or mobile services are subject to weather conditions.
- Bull Buff Detailing reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
8. Satisfaction Policy
- Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed.
9. Indemnification
- By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bull Buff Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
10. Acknowledgment
- By receiving service from Bull Buff Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- Bull Buff Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
